There is this little shack in Lafayette called Cajun Sno, it has the best sno cones in town. We went there on Saturday after the festival. Emily has been craving a chocolate cream sno cone with cream on top. I thought it sounded discusting, but it was not that bad! If you look close, you can see the cream on top!
Brandon got wedding cake cream and Michael got a blackberry sno cone. Adeline LOVED them both, here they are seeing which one she will pick. She picked the Blackberry!

Ever thought about starting your own sno cone business? The initial investment isn't a large as you might think.
Next time you visit Cajun Sno, ask them if they've ever considered spraying a squirt of citric acid (I know it sounds gross) on the top of a sno cone. It gives it a distinct sour flare. Citric acid is the same stuff that makes sour candy sour.
