Movie Night

Yesterday, Michael only had a half day of work and I was off. When he got home we went and got Taco Bell, curled up in some blankets and watched The Chronicles of Narnia! What a fun and relaxing day off.

Pot Roast Results

Since I had a small roast, this is the pan I used to cook the roast.
After 12 hours of slow cooking this is the result! The meat was so tender and it tasted so good! I love my new pans!

Update on the Lizard...

This is the same picture I posted last month, but I had to tell this story. Last week I had to close and I was home in the morning checking my email. I kept hearing this noise of a bag being moved around. I went into the kitchen an there stood one of the biggest lizards I have seen yet! I was so frozen in fear I could not even move to get the camera. I started looking around to see if there was something in the kitchen to catch it with and I saw three more Lizards! That is a total of 4. Michael was at work so I could not even call him to take care of the situation. I quickly got my work clothes on and left for work 3 hours early. I called Michael on my way to work and told him about my horrific morning. He just laughed at me, of course! When I got home that night, Michael had taken care of the situation, but to my horror, he actually found SEVEN lizards! We found the hole they were coming in and we quickly blocked it. Thankfully we have not had any more lizard sightnigs.

Michael and Adeline

I LOVE this pictuer of Michael and Adeline for so many reasons, but most of all because Adeline is just laying there cuddling with Michael, which never happens. She is such a little wiggle worm! She must have been sleepy, because she layed there with him for quite a while.

One of the Boys

Adeline was watching foot ball with Michael and Brandon. She looked like such a big girl I just had to take her picture. She is getting so big!

A Walk in the Rain

Michael, Buster and I went out for our daily walk and lo and behold a major storm blew in. We were soaking wet by the time we got home. Notice we are wearing short sleeves and shorts. It is the middle of January and it is still warm around here. At least the rain cooled us off on our walk!

Buster and the Quilt

I got this quilt from my Dad when we were home. My Little Granny (My Dad's Granny) who was blind, sewed this. When we got it home Buster decided it was his. It does not matter where we put this quilt, Buster will go lay on it!

Jen's Famous Cheese Ball

While we were at Matt and Sommer's we had lots of good food, but I have to say my favorite item was Jen's cheese ball. I know it kind of looks gross, but trust me it is wonderful. It is made with sharp cheddar cheese, mayo, cayanne pepper and red onions, rolled in crushed pecans and topped with strawberry preserves. That is the part that sounded worse to me, but one glorious day I tried the strawberry preserves with the cheese ball and there was no looking back! Thank you Jen so much for making it. Sherry, I know you must be JELOUS!

I realize my hair looks aweful in this picutre, but I do not care! More times than not you will see a "halo" around my hair!
Jacob was not in the other picture so I put one of him by himself!

Little Miss Sunshine

Posted by PicasaMadison is our only little girl on the Forrester side. From the time she could sit up she has always been so girly and sweet. We love all of the boys and Madiosn being the only girl. She is our little princess and we love her and miss her so much. This is the little shirt she was wearing on New Years Eve...I thought it was so fitting since she is so full of sunshine!

Hanging Out After Church
